According to the "executive head honchos," the office Xmas party has been wildly successful thanks to your superb organizational skills. But in spite of the success of the event that you planned, you still feel slightly let down or mainly disappointed. Why? After all, the actual event was very predictable and there were no surprises. Well, the truth is you thought that maybe, just maybe, you would find a new friend or lover at the party, but it was obviously not in the cards for you tonight. You find yourself longing for the missing romantic element as you begin to watch the cleanup crew gather all the mess that was left behind. Ho-hum, you sigh, as you begin to twirl around the room with an imaginary partner. To your surprise one of the members of the security crew takes your hand and glides you across the floor, keeping step with imaginary music that only the two of you can hear. You're startled as you look into a pair of droopy, bedroom eyes that entice you with their sweet intensity as if they were piercing right through your body and into your soul.

"Do you prefer to dance this way, with imaginary music?" he asks rather softly. "No, not really," you reply. "It just seemed like a natural thing to do." He nods in agreement and explains that with you it feels quite natural. He blurts out that holding you in his arms like this also feels very natural. Then he explains, "I love to dance and I'm always looking for the perfect partner who is willing to dance with me. I always hope that I can find someone who likes to creatively visualize and imagine what things could be like; someone who is not always content with dealing with things as they are. Someone who believes in an imaginary world. I guess you could say that I like to escape, every now and then, from reality." You nod in agreement and make a note to yourself, Now this is interesting.
